1.1 Can I delete my AyaLend account and data?

Yes, you can request to delete your account and all associated data, including personal information and loan history.
How to delete: Use the in-app account deletion feature or email support@ayalend.com.
Requirements: All outstanding loans must be fully repaid before deletion.
Process: We verify your identity and complete deletion within 15 working days. Data required by law (e.g., for audits) will be isolated until deletion is possible.
Note: Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated to prevent misuse.

1.2 What if I forget my password?

If you can't log in:
• Select "Forgot Password" on the app's login screen.
• Follow the prompts to reset your password using your registered email or phone number.
• Need help? Contact support@ayalend.com for assistance.

1.3 Who can create an AyaLend account?

You're eligible to register if you:
• Are 18 years or older, verified through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Reside in Ghana or an authorized jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Are not restricted from using financial services under Ghanaian law.
